(sorry to offend any Burger Flippers out there, you provide a valuable service, it's just not painting cars) There was obviously an opportunity in the market place to provide people with a genuine family run service, based on quality and customer satisfaction; in contrast to the franchised profit driven enterprises whose main income is derived from the sale of their trading name, not the service they offer.
